Refund Policy

At KIT Global LTD, we really strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. Our goal is to give you the tools and resources you need to succeed.

However, in case it does turn out that you’re not completely satisfied with one of our products, here are our refund policies for each one.

KIT Global Business School Refund Policy

When you sign up for KIT Global Business School, you immediately gain access to a whole library of information much of which is only available to active KIT Global Business School members. You also gain access to downloadable tools and a very active community of members who openly share their experiences.

Because of the nature of the Product, we can’t provide refunds for KIT Global Business School.

No partial refunds are given should you terminate a subscription before your renewal date; however you will retain access to KIT Global Business School until the end of your payment term.

Protecting You as a Member

In the early days of KIT Global Business School, we did often give refunds when a member wasn’t fully satisfied.

However, we learned quickly that there were many people who were accessing KIT Global Business School, downloading the tools, watching the content, and even scouring the community for sensitive information shared by other KIT Global Business School members, only to request a refund.

Because members of KIT Global Business School gain the most value when they are open about their projects in the community, we just can’t allow that kind of behavior to happen. This policy protects KIT Global Business School members by keeping out those people who would take advantage of others.

So we’ve gone above and beyond to make it really clear exactly how KIT Global Business School works and what’s in it so you won’t have any bad surprises (only superb ones) when you sign up. What to Do if You’re in KIT Global Business School and Aren’t Satisfied

We’ve discovered that there is very rarely an issue for a KIT Global Business School member that we can’t solve with a little communication. Here are some guidelines for getting the help you need if you’re having trouble with any aspect of KIT Global Business School.

If you’re having trouble with building your site or channel, or you’re struggling to implement something taught in KIT Global Business School, start by posting about it in the KIT Global Business School community. Mayor, Engineer K, Kaymight, and Kollydaton are all active participants as are many other KIT Global Business School members, and we’re all very eager to help you succeed!

If there’s something you think is unclear or inadequately covered in the KIT Global Business School course materials or tools, send a private message or tag @noodles in the KIT Global Business School community.

For any other question, such as billing, access to KIT Global Business School resources, or subscribing to the podcast, send a private message to @mayor in the KIT Global Business School community, or reach out to her using the support email address provided to KIT Global Business School members.

An Exception to this Policy

The KIT Global Business School return policy applies to new signups as well renewals. However, if a member forgets or neglects to cancel their account prior to renewal, we will gladly cancel their account and refund their renewal fee as long as they request it in writing within 30 days of their renewal date. Also, if we fail to deliver products or courses as advertised within the stipulated time, we will be glad to issue you a full refund.

WordPress Refund Policy

We understand that in order to really know if a WordPress theme/plugins is going to work for your site, you have to try it. That’s why for WordPress tools we share, we have a 30-day no questions asked refund policy.

When you purchase WordPress tools from us, you gain access to several tutorials, frequently asked support questions, and contact options for reporting bugs, reporting billing and account issues and requesting a refund.
