At KIT Global LTD, we really strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. Our goal is to give you the tools and resources you need to succeed.

However, in case it does turn out that you’re not completely satisfied with the products or services listed on our marketplace, here are our refund policies for each one.

KIT Global Digital Marketplace Refund Policy

When you sign up for KIT Global Digital Marketplace, you immediately gain access to a whole library of information much of which is only available to active KIT Global Digital Marketplace members. You also gain access to downloadable tools and a very active community of members who openly share their experiences.

Because of the nature of the Products & Services, we can’t provide refunds for KIT Global Digital Marketplace.

No partial refunds are given should you terminate a subscription before your renewal date; however you will retain access to KIT Global Digital Marketplace until the end of your payment term.

Protecting You as a Member

In the early days of KIT Global Digital Marketplace, we did often give refunds when a member wasn’t fully satisfied.

However, we learned quickly that there were many people who were accessing KIT Global Digital Marketplace, downloading the tools, watching the content, and even scouring the community for sensitive information shared by other KIT Global Digital Marketplace members, only to request a refund.

Because members of KIT Global Digital Marketplace gain the most value when they are open about their projects in the community, we just can’t allow that kind of behavior to happen. This policy protects KIT Global Digital Marketplace members by keeping out those people who would take advantage of others.

What to Do if You Bought A Product or Services From KIT Global Digital Marketplace Vendor and Aren’t Satisfied

An Exception to this Policy

The KIT Global Digital Marketplace return policy applies to new signups as well renewals. However, if a member forgets or neglects to cancel their account prior to renewal, we will gladly cancel their account and refund their renewal fee as long as they request it in writing within 30 days of their renewal date. Also, if the vendor fail to deliver products or courses as advertised within the stipulated time (7 Days), we will be glad to issue you a full refund.

WordPress Refund Policy

We understand that in order to really know if a WordPress theme/plugins is going to work for your site, you have to try it. That’s why for WordPress tools the vendor share, we have a 30-day refund policy.

When you purchase WordPress tools or any tools even if not wordpress that requires more than 7 days to see result from a vendor, you gain access to several tutorials, frequently asked support questions, and contact options for reporting bugs, reporting billing and account issues and requesting a refund.
